Return & Refund Policy
Our approach
At IXTAbox, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we'd always prefer to hear from you first. Contact us at info@ixtabox.com, and we'll do our best to find a fair and practical solution before starting a formal return process.
This policy applies to consumers purchasing from IXTAbox. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide greater rights than those described here, those laws will apply.
Your right to withdraw from your purchase
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another country where applicable consumer protection laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@ixtabox.com or by initiating a return request through your customer account.
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will provide instructions for returning your order. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
Conditions for return
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, just as you would in a physical store.
To qualify for a full refund, we ask that returned items:

Are returned complete with all included parts and accessories.

Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during return shipping. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this results in a reduction in its value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect that loss in value. If this applies, we will inform you before the deduction is made.
Return shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as IXTAbox cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after we receive your withdrawal request.
Refunds
After receiving the returned goods, or proof that they have been shipped back (whichever occurs first where required by law), we will process your refund no later than 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable under consumer protection law, the refund will include the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase. Additional charges for expedited or premium shipping are not refundable.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-returnable items
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions are provided under applicable law.
In addition, products that have been permanently installed, irreversibly modified, or damaged through improper use may not be eligible for a full refund if their value has been reduced.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been damaged during transport, is defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@ixtabox.com.
Where possible, please include:

Photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
How to start a return

Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Once the return has been received and processed, we will issue your refund in accordance with this policy.
